Your workouts and Apple Health, in sync both ways
Your training data should live in one place, not scattered across five apps that each know half the story. If you use an Apple Watch, Rep N Prep and Apple Health talk to each other in both directions, automatically.
Both ways, not one
Most apps do a one-way sync and call it done. We do both:
- In from Health. Cardio you recorded on your watch, a run, a ride, a swim, shows up in Rep N Prep with its duration, distance and calories.
- Out to Health. Every workout you log in the app, lifting sessions included, gets written back to Apple Health so your rings and your history stay complete.
Turn it on once, and it keeps itself current in the background whenever you open the app.

The scary part of two-way sync is the doubles: the same run showing up twice, once from the watch and once from the app. We handle that carefully. A workout already present in Health, whether we wrote it, or another app like Strava or Hevy put it there, is matched and skipped rather than copied again. Import a year of history and you get your history, not a mess.
It also backfills
When you first connect, we do not just start from today. Rep N Prep pushes your past workouts into Health too, so your Activity history reflects the training you already did in the app. From then on every new session lands automatically.
Why it matters
The point of tracking is a single honest picture of your training. Cardio from your wrist, lifting from the app, all in one timeline you can trust, feeding the same AI coach that reads both your workouts and your nutrition. One place, no data lost in the gaps between apps.
Rep N Prep
Track your workouts and nutrition in one app, with an AI coach that understands both.
