Leaving MyFitnessPal? Read this first

People leave MyFitnessPal for three reasons: the ads, the price, and the fact that it only does food. Rep N Prep fixes all three, and unlike every other tracker, it brings your history with you.

We actually import your MyFitnessPal data

Here is the dirty secret of switching trackers: no major MyFitnessPal alternative imports your data. Cronometer, Lose It, MacroFactor — all of them tell you to "recreate your top 20 foods by hand." Their reason is that MyFitnessPal's food IDs are proprietary and don't map across databases.

We took a different route. Rep N Prep matches on the food name and macros, not the internal ID, so we can read your MyFitnessPal export directly:

Export your data from MyFitnessPal (Settings → Account → Download Your Data on desktop), then in Rep N Prep open You → Import and pick the CSVs. Your history is there on day one.

No ads. Ever.

MyFitnessPal's free tier is wall-to-wall ads now, and it is the number-one reason people want out. Rep N Prep has no ads on any tier. Your food log is not an advertising surface.

It costs less

MyFitnessPal Premium runs about $19.99 a month. Rep N Prep Pro is a fraction of that, and there is a genuinely useful free tier you never have to leave.

Plan Price What you get
Free €0 Workout & cardio tracking, food logging, the calorie ring, weekly recaps. No ads.
Pro monthly €7.99 / month Everything in Free, plus unlimited AI: the coach, photo & describe food logging, your meal-photo history, and 150 saved meals & coach notes.
Pro yearly €39.99 / year Same as Pro, at €3.33 a month — over 50% off the monthly price.

(Prices shown in EUR; US $6.99/mo or $34.99/yr, CA $9.99/mo or $49.99/yr. Free to start, cancel anytime.)

And it does more than food

MyFitnessPal tracks what you eat. Rep N Prep tracks that and your training — sets, reps, cardio with GPS — with one AI coach that reads both together. That is the thing a food-only app can never do: connect a stalled bench to the week your calories dropped.

Same daily logging you are used to, minus the ads, for less money, with your history intact and a coach in your pocket. That is the switch.

Rep N Prep

Track your workouts and nutrition in one app, with an AI coach that understands both.
