Progress is motivating when you can see it coming. Rep N Prep reads your own lifting history and tells you two things: what your next personal record should be, and roughly when you will hit a weight you are chasing. No guru math, just your numbers.
Your next milestone, automatically
Open any exercise you have trained a few times and you will see a projection: your current best, the next realistic milestone, and an estimate of when you will get there. It fits a trend line to your own top sets over time, so the number is based on how you actually progress, not a generic template.
It shows up on its own once you have at least three logged sessions of that lift with a real top set. No setup, and it is free for everyone. There is also an "Explain progress" button that hands the trend to your AI coach for a plain-words read on how it is going.
Ask when you will hit a goal
Chasing a specific number, like a 100 kg bench? Type your goal weight into the goal predictor and Rep N Prep estimates the date you will reach it. You get a target date, a precision window (earliest to latest), and a confidence level, all plotted on a chart: your history as a solid line, the projection dashed out to your goal.
It factors in your top-set history, your bodyweight trend, your training phase and how often you train, then your coach adds a short note on what would get you there faster. If you have already beaten the target, it just says so.
Why the numbers are trustworthy
Both predictions are built on your real top sets, not a one-size formula. The projection is a straight least-squares fit over your logged sessions, and it is bodyweight-aware for lifts like pull-ups and dips where your own weight is the load. Warm-up sets are ignored so they never drag the trend.
The more you log, the tighter the estimate gets. A handful of sessions gives a rough direction; a few months of data gives a genuinely useful date. Assisted machine lifts are left out, since "less assistance" moves the opposite way from a normal PR.
Use it to program, not just to watch
A predicted date is a target you can train toward. Set the goal, see the date, and let the trend tell you whether your current pace gets you there in time. If the line is flat, that is your cue to add volume, tighten nutrition, or ask the coach what to change. Progress you can see coming is progress you keep chasing.
